Yellow-crowned Night Heron

This bird hung around the river for a few weeks in 2024. I haven’t seen one along the river since.

Hummingbird

I think this is a female Ruby Throated Hummingbird. Hummingbirds are not common along the BRT. This one is in the Wild Flower Garden next to the BRT. The Wild Flower Garden is maintained by some very dedicated, hard-working volunteers.
