Green Heron I

A pair of Green Herons flew over the bench I were I was sitting on August 7 (2026). The two Herons landed in separate trees about fifty feet apart. I could only see the head of one Green Heron (picture above). It looked pretty funny.

Green Heron II

The other Green Heron (picture above) landed on a branch in the middle of a tree where I could see the entire bird. The two Herons stayed in the trees for about two minutes. The Herons kept looking at one another the whole time. Eventually this one flew off and the other one followed.
